In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The destruction procedure and methods are as follows.
ο Destruction Procedure: Information provided by members for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or a separate document storage for paper records) after the purpose is fulfilled. It is stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws (see Retention and Use Period) and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.
ο Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that prevent record recovery. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
■ Provision of Personal Information
In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
- When users have given prior consent
- When required by law or when requested by investigative authorities in accordance with procedures and methods specified by law for investigation purposes
■ Outsourcing of Collected Personal Information
The Company does not outsource your information to external parties without your consent. If such a need arises in the future, we will notify you of the outsourced party and the details of the outsourced tasks and obtain your prior consent if necessary.

Users and their legal representatives may at any time access or modify their registered personal information or that of a child under 14 years of age and may also request membership termination. To access or modify personal information of users or children under 14, you can use the ‘Personal Information Change’ (or ‘Member Information Modification’) function. To terminate membership (withdraw consent), you can click ‘Membership Withdrawal’ and go through the identity verification process to directly access, correct, or withdraw. Alternatively, you may contact the Personal Information Manager in writing, by phone, or via email, and we will take action without delay. If you request correction of errors in personal information, the Company will not use or provide that information until the correction is completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party of the correction results to ensure the correction is made. Personal information terminated or deleted at the request of users or their legal representatives is processed in accordance with the retention and use period specified in the Company’s Privacy Policy and is not accessed or used for any other purpose.

The Company does not operate devices that automatically collect personal information, such as cookies, generated during the use of internet services.
