1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company collects and uses personal information for customer consultation and service application reception.

2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
In principle, users' personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved.
However, if retention is necessary due to internal company policies such as dispute resolution or identity verification, the following information will be preserved for the period specified below for the stated reasons:

- Retention Period: 3 years

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company takes the following measures in handling users' personal information:
- Encryption of personal information when receiving customer inquiries on the website
- Appointment of website administrators and granting of access authority

4. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
The Company does not entrust personal information to third parties. If an entrustment contract occurs in the future, we will notify you through the website and update the content of this 'Privacy Policy'.

5. Rights and Duties of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and Exercise Methods
Users can request the deletion of their entered personal information at any time. The Company handles personal information requested for deletion by users or legal representatives according to "2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information" so that it cannot be viewed or used for other purposes.
For children under the age of 14, the legal representative has the right to view or modify the child's personal information and to withdraw consent for collection and use.

7. Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, users' personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved.
- Destruction Procedure: Information entered by users for customer inquiries, etc., is moved to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and is destroyed after being stored for a certain period if retention is required by internal policies or other related laws. Personal information is not used for purposes other than those required by law.
- Destruction Method: Personal information on paper is destroyed through shredding/incineration. Personal information stored in electronic file format is destroyed so that the record cannot be reproduced.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will be applicable from September 11, 2020.
